Today, the spoof, anthology comic, Captain America: Who Won't Wield the Shield #1, was released by Marvel Comics. In Matt Fraction and Brendan McCarthy's psychedelic contribution, Doctor America, makes mention of the "Super Satan Formula" (see above diagram). Probably a total coincidence, but I like to believe Fraction, author of one of my favorite comics in recent years, Cassanova, was influenced by everyone's favorite sinful saint, our evil exemplar, the one and only happy hellish hero!
